According to the Bill (Reg.№152) it is suggested that the charge rate for the development of Wine-Making, Gardening Establishment and Hop Growing should be increased from 1% to 1,5%. the Bill envisages the changes in the order of paying the given charge and the division of the funds charge funds (in particular, the charge funds remains on the special accounts of the State Exchequer of Ukraine). The charge funds are distributed and used in the following way: 10% - hop growing development, 90% - mine-making development and gardening. The following order is planned to be established till 31st of December 2014
